At the top, right underneath the word League Overview, there's a yellow highlight box with important messages. The first bullet point includes a link named "test your system", which pops up a box (so disable any popup killer software).

If we’re not doing a live draft, that’s fine. However, if we are going to complete the draft at this board, we better get going. Based on previous experience, we all know it can be a long and arduous process.
