It's interesting how that varies from person to person. Like for my mom, the prospect of having to go back to the office and NOT being able to continue working from home was what spurred on her retirement. But for you, Sarah, working in the office definitely seems to be better.

How are we all doing lately? I’m less stressed now that I’m on summer break. It’s so nice. On the other hand, my anxiety is flaring because of intrusive thoughts now that my brain isn’t so occupied with work thoughts.

I can definitely tell that you're less stressed, Amelia. Me, too. My stress right now is only the socio-political kind. And I don't know about you, but I get stressed just thinking about going back to school and trying to navigate my students through this increasingly ****ed up world we're living in.
