That is the question, unless they filmed a scene with her for episode 16 some weeks ahead of her departure and the rest of the episode being filmed.

Bc those who already saw episode 15 with press access, said it's mostly alicia hallucination and no madison. So if alicia has no scene in episode 16 we won't get an alicia/madison reunion anytime soon. maybe towards the end of season 8, but that won't air before summer 2023. And honestly I'd be super pissed with the writers.
