That's the way it seemed to me.

And yet in series 2 Mycroft is the one who told everything to Jim about Sherlock, all his life story which was a mistake. I'm not used to see him pick up on them so quickly, that was really quick thinking

Okay so i'm wondering what people actually understand when it comes to the episode : one person i follow asked if Sherlock was upset in the morgue because of Faith or because he figures out the truth about Eurus (or euros who knows) and i'm like??? it's obviously about Faith, he doesn't figure out about Eurus until he realizes that there is a clue and by that point he's clean.

Also question : the shrink (you know who) by the end she talks to John who's doing much better and she tells him but "it is what it is"? Has John told her what Sherlock said or did she get some sort of recording device in Baker Street when she was up there?

"it is what it is"-I think John says that a lot, so he must've said it there too.

That seemed suspicious. Maybe John had used the phrase speaking to her, or maybe she's the one that gave it to him in the first place. But it raised a tiny suspicion about her at the start of that scene, I thought.

And in the hospital morgue, I thought his distress was all about the realization that he had hallucinated - or so he thought. There was nothing to suggest he'd figured out about his sister.

Yeah, I thought the same about the morgue - that it was his fear that he was losing his mind kind of.

The disguises had me fooled too though I am surprised John didn't recognize her - maybe since seeing the girl on the bus was so fleeting, he didn't think so much about how she looked as how she made him feel?

I'm not surprised he was fooled because she said it all : it's surprising what you can hide behind a sexy smile or a cane. And to be fair they mostly texted so he wouldn't hear her voice that much and she definitely had a different accent and intonation in the six thatchers.
