That was the episode before - not the finale, but yep it was NYC timeline

aaah yes now i remember that

i also wonder if she does feel connected to him, as someone mentioned

or did she maybe know that he was being watched at the hospital, and she did that, to make then wonder more?

When she talked to Nimah, it seemed like she had feelings for him. I don't know tho. I don't think she knew she was being watched.
