For people who seem to love free software and music so much, shouldn't we by nature have to hate Metallica? They are copyright nazis afterall.

They used to make awesome music. Then they made ok music. Now they kinda suck. And they absolutely hate music sharing.

In school I was asked to be a tutor once. There was some...unpleasantness.
 Anyway, Metallica hates music sharing because they claim downloading free music is stealing from them. As if they didn't already have more money than they know what to do with. __________________

I tried teaching once too, had to leave before I went absoloutly crazy. Maybe someone with a little bit of patience would be better at teaching 4-6 year olds.
Do any music artists actually approve free music downloading? __________________

Crash, you forgot that they hate fans as well.
Metallica's big problem is that they started making bad music, people stopped buying, they're so full of themselves they they couldn't think that it was them, so they blamed downloaders, and went after them with extreme prejudice. As for Free downloading, look at Nine Inch Nails and Radio Head. They're in full support. They know where their bread is buttered. __________________

When you say free downloading, do you mean completely free or the ones that charge like a dollar or something.
Yeah cause you know the problem couldnt possibly be with them, its all about illegal downloading.  __________________

I have never in my life paid to download music. Now that I think about it, I haven't actually bought music in about 4 years.
