Maybe they were there but not in sight for the picture. Maybe it's just an GA, Speedy, BC taking down the bad guys scene. Diggle could be at ARGUS. And Felicity's definitely not going to be in the field if she's still in the chair.

I looked it up, it means Downtown Eastside. But that still doesn't really tell us much about what they are filming, lol. It's just an area of town. Although according to the internet apparently it's one of the oldest neighborhood in Van and its a very poor very crime ridden area suffering from urban decay. So that's curious.
I hope Diggle isn't missing entirely from 4x15 for Flash 2x15, that would not be cool. Did you guys see that Emily is going to that Paris con again this summer?! I'm so excited! David, Colin, and Willa will be there too! Now if only by some miracle Stephen could get there and even better an Olicity or OTA panel could happen that would be awesome! __________________
