I just googled it. I'll Fly Away is a southern Gospel song, so it sounds like it's related to Juliette's storyline. The lyrics are . . . interesting.

it explains why I'm not familiar with it, I went to french speaking church so I wouldn't know those songs from church since they are english songs.

It's a traditional gospel hymn, lots of versions out there. Check out the O Brother Where Art Thou soundtrack for the one by Gillian Welch and Alison Krauss. Lyrics don't bode well.
