Yaabari got the money he bit on Red from a person (I don't recall where that person was from but Yaabari told Red after he asked him about that person...). So who was that person and why did he so badly want Red dead? Why was it worth him 40 million?

Just saw this on tumblr about Tom's forged passports.Where they are from sounds like incoherent.  One of the writers explained it on twitter. if the show needs to explain itself via twitter, then there is a problem. How many people would read that tweet? |

You mean that passport business? I might as well never have... Not sure though. I would have had a look into it myself but through a 'simple' re-watch I definitely wouldn't have.
 It's so sad that there were such flaws in the show...  Besides there's a new question:Who was the one that wanted Diane Fowler to insert a mole into the task force? __________________

It's just because of our re-watch... The judge was asking Liz about that and that's why I caught it. I somehow think it might be important if the judge even asked.
