It sucks there were episodes that they didn't interacted this season.

I read somewhere that to be considered a regular they have to appear in every episode, so the more probably is if they work the long distance thing SL, is the bookends during his busy racing season. That btw I just realized that sept last two weeks is racing and dempsey challenge and then racing in first weekend of oct so that's 3 weeks he will be flying back and forth and will probably be light on Grey's.

That's only a Grey's thing, then, because other TV shows' regulars don't appear in every episode.

Also, there was an episode Jesse Williams didn't appear in during S10, and I'm pretty sure Tessa Ferrer wasn't in 10x17 (I don't remember seeing her).
