i didn't have the impression Jon changed much. i really loved his interaction with Ed and Tormund. he didn't seem cold or reserved or different. and with him meeting his sibling soon, i guess this will warm him up even more actually.

On the contrary I think if he meets Sansa that will be used to showcase exactly how much he's changed.

Well i did say a more Stannis-like version of himself.

It's not like Beric suddenly turned into a different person. He just lost bits of himself, memories and stuff like that, everytime he was brought back. I guess that would make Jon into a different person in away, he would only be 90% of himself, although it would still be Jon.

I think they are just gonna scale back on some of the childish insecurities and constant speculation about whether he is doing the right thing or not, and make him become a bit more assertive and goal focused. Like Stannis was

In Martin's works good things never happen to good people, so I'm assuming he'll become a conqueror and a tyrant.

It's a change and very welcomed one. Not sure how big but he seems to me more fearful of death, more confused and maybe a little bit harder. He's living second life and he knows there's nothing there in afterlife.

All I know is that if Jon meets Sansa, Sansa tells him what's transpired with the Boltons and Jon gets his hands on Ramsay, that's going to be one really unhappy psychotic bully.

And i get a stupid grin on my face when i watch their other scenes.

The Stark scenes in this episode is basically much of what i've wanted since the end of season 1

Loved hearing her refer to Rickon as OUR brother, and Winterfell as OUR home

Sansa/Jon are already a great team. Loved everything about their scenes.

Loved the music, the stares, just about everything from this scene. And i especially loved that they didn't say a word. This scene was such an emotional scene that words would just have ruined it
