If after nearly 3 years you have to convince people why your show's ending was actually good, it was not good. "Show don't tell", people shouldn't need to be persuaded that the ending worked, if it worked the majority would agree already.
Be graceful, nobody expects you to trash the show when it was your big break and you spent 10 years working with the showrunners, just move on. D&D can hold a panel or interview if they really want to defend their ending themselves they are grown ups. |

I invested countless hours on online theories, reddit posts, etc.. all with the anticipation of getting books 6 and 7 before the show ended. D&D absolutely massacred the shows ending and lost the spark that TWoW and ADoS once had.

I read all the books, and the World of Ice and Fire, hell I used to enjoy just looking at the big "The Known World" map wishing I could see more of these locations. Also I joined in so many discussions about theories, wishes, character opinions, background lore. And I was desperate for the next books.
And now I just feel like I wasted my time. It's not even like an old interest that I drifted away from, it was just straight up ruined abruptly before my eyes. By the end I was just relieved it was over so I didn't need to see it implode and destroy itself even more. I don't even care about TWOW, released or otherwise. |

This explains a lot, they were too dumb to understand.
But tbh as a channel like HBO you always need to check on who you hire and make sure they possess basic intelligence and can understand stories. __________________
