Yeah and I guess that her role wasn't that big unlike Maia in the book so I assume that's why they kill her off..

That's true and she was killed off in the books so that's probably why they ended up killing her off in the show too.

I found this one a bit more boring than last week. I didnt care for all the fighting stuff...

Agree! I'm starting to really get annoyed with her.

I'm just not sure why the show is pushing the jace/alec (as much as i love them) and simon/clary thing so hard when we all know its never going anywhere for either of those pairings...

I always love when Alec and Clary interact.

Matthew is so frickin hot.

When he stood up for Izzy, sdfdsfdsfs.

I enjoyed the simon/magnus interactions a lot but I missed the alec/magnus stuff.

Same here.

Especially for someone who doesn’t know the books at all this totally looks like Jace/Alec is supposed to be a romantic lovestory. It has been that way in Season 1 as well.

It’s because of this whole “I can’t live without him” and “I need him” stuff. It’s just… idk…

I guess they are still doing it since I think Alec still has feelings for Jace even though he is with Magnus

and I think being parabatai makes it complicated too.

yes, i kinda understand that, everyone wants a malec free angst, what with what nearly happen in S1, the wedding *shudders*

but alec's feelings for jace was never resolve, the only mention about it was that jace knew alec have feelings for him when he let alec beat the crap out of him in S1, so im guessing they may try to weave that in S2, but I dunno, since the show is not following the books to a t, anything can happen

And as long as we get this hardcore-bromance-brother-undying-love thing with Jace/Alec, Malec feels terribly one-sided. And nooo... I have been through this in a TV show, not doing that again.
