Im sooo excited :yay: I like the fact that the plot focuses on Jace and rescuing Jace, cause it makes me feel that the show still retains the essence of the books while doing its own thing

My theory is that this is the episode where Clary and Jace will do the infamous jump from the boat, and after that the episode ends

And also, there has been rumors going around that the Clary that meet with Jace isnt Clary but Lydia in disguise, probably cause there's a scene in the early trailer of an injured girl along side Jace when he come out of the water.

I really dont think that this will happen, cause it doesnt add up to anything to be honest...and I honestly think that the injured girl is Clary, and that Jace immediately healed her and place her somewhere safe while he went on the run.

Although I do have to wonder if they will cut this scene, like they cut Magnus's "I'll do anything for you, but I will not injure you", something like that in ep1.

Thanks for this..

You're welcome, Steph :)

I think you might be right about it being Clary, Noor. I don't think it would be Lydia since how would she know the location of the ship? They could end up cutting it but we just need to wait and see the episode.

another good one but next one looks even better

the flashback with Jonathon was great to see

so dot is alive and I'm glad clary was able to convince her to help them escape

izzy taking that man down was so awesome

simon and the snake hehe I'm glad he finally was able to use his powers

and magnus looting  and I'm happy he wants to help simon

was there a Gretel in the books? that name does sound familiar

the mention of iron sisters and luke mom and that was great

oh no Alec :(

ChocoCipCookies 01-10-2017 01:27 AM

ok can i just say, that was awesome!!!

- clary and her mom, i was expecting it, but it was intense.
- i feel sorry for simon, but atleast now he have magnus, and i am so looking forward to this brotp!!
- victor is really showing the ugly side of the clave and i am loving it
- lydia seems to slowly showing victor that she isnt just gonna listen to his orders, and i think in the next episode, its gonna be lydia vs victor and im excited!!!
- raphael and simon interaction is always a joy to watch, i especially lovee david castro's vioce
- luke and jocelyn *sigh, seriously jocelyn is soo cold with jace but with clary and luke she's as warm as a momma's bear, im getting whiplash from this lady
-im enjoying valentine's evil plot and cant wait to see how far it goes
- so it turns out dot is alive!!?? that was unexpected at all!!, i really wanna see what they do with her...cause if dot ends up dead again, i really dunno what to say
- gretel died was shocking, i was really hoping she would survive further
- now i guess we know that the girl with the bleeding head is not lydia, but clary
- loving the small hints of magnus pasts, hope there's more in the next episode
- also loving luke's alpha and father mode!!
- looks like we got the infamous jump but not the bleeding head

Great to see a flashback of baby Jonathan, even though he looked so creepy

Not surprised that Clary has trust issues with Jocelyn. I'm not surprised Jocelyn never told Luke about the whole demon blood in Jonathan's system and Valentine injecting into her system when she was pregnant.

Wow Dot is alive. I'm glad she helped out Clary and Jace. But I think she will get punished.

Gretel was in the books. She was Luke's second in command who I died. I can't remember when she died in the books? Was it when they went on Valentine's boat?

I love that we saw a glimpse of Magnus and Simon bonding. I'm happy that Magnus helped Simon out and will guide him.

Poor Alec :(

First of all: I don't know the books.

Okay... not as good as the first episode, but then we finally made a step forward with Jace and that is good. I'm really glad he doesn't let Valentine brainwash him.

Okay, I know this whole "Parabatai"-thing is a huge deal, but honestly, all of these "I can't live without him" and "I need him" and whatever does sound so so corny and so much like the biggest lovestory ever and it's "just" (a not even blood-related) brothership. While I usually totally love a good bromance - Alec is still so exhausting to watch for me. I hope this is going to change.

Jocelyn - I don't know what to think about her tbh. I get it, she knew there was demon blood in her son, but ... how can you kill a baby or let it die (not sure what really happened) because the baby - a person that doesn't really know what happens - lets a flower or two die?

Seeing Dot again was really nice
I hope that Clary and the others now try to save her.

About the ending: What was this supposed to be what Alec was doing? It looked like the weakened Jace - but didn't help him at all.

Magnus and Simon were okay. Not as entertaining as I expected them to be, probably because the sarcasm didn't fit as good as usual. But otherwise their interaction was really nice to watch.

a mother doesn't give up on her child so easily as Jocelyn did.

She died way before the boat and the one suppose to be on the boat was Maia.. So I guess that they switch it around..

The thing is I think Jocelyn gave up on Jonathan mainly because he is part demon  That's what I always interrupt it to be even in the books. I think she did want to save him but it's impossible because of the way he turned so evil.

Oh I think I remember now. I guess they did do that and they ended up killing her since I know Maia was rescued.

She did in the books as well. I think as soon as she saw her son was more demon, he was no longer her son.

fire for a heart 01-10-2017 10:08 PM

thats correct and she thought he was dead also

okay thanks
