Same. I found everything about season 2 boring, tbh, but Peyton/Jake especially so. Jake as a character didn't have much of a personality, imo.

season 3 peyton was my favorite by far. people said she had soo much sadness but i didnt really feel that way until ellie died and well... she had good reason to be that way. plus i think the darkness fit her character.

i also loved hillarie's look that season. the short hair really suited her.

i loved NH in season 2.

Sorry, but they were so boring before, and season 2 gave them a decent storyline that was actually interesting to watch. It was sad, yes, and Haley was frustrating but I enjoyed it. It was good for them too, to be able to go through that and come out stronger. For once they actually made me feel something. when she left and then he threw the keyboard at the wall, that was so good!

At least there were "consequences" to them getting married so young. IMO it would have been better had they gotten the annulment. I dont think its a good message for teens to promote teenage marriage and then say they lived happily every after. so It was good to see Haley have doubts and want to pursue he dreams. Season 4 NH was SO dull and hated the pregnancy storyline. I thought seasons 1-3 were their best. I also wanted them to go through the divorce in season 5, or at least a separate would have been nice. I wanted more drama for them. Their relationship was very boring to me.

they didnt need to involve chris, they could have just had her wanting to follow her dreams. that was reason enough to go.
