13 Reasons Why was really good, but it is more of a teen focused show so I wasn't expecting Emmys love.

We do tend to gravitate to the same comedy shows. I like sitcoms like Friends, old Modern Family episodes, HIMYM, Happy Endings, etc.

I actually wish Winona had more to do, I'm not convinced her role was award-worthy. I thought Stranger Things was great and so much fun but I feel like a lot of their nominations are mostly because of hype.

That's why I was surprised ST was nominated. I thought The Americans was more right up Emmy's alley than ST especially since this award giving body has a history of repeat nominees.

Big Little Lies was my favourite thing I watched this season and I love The Handmaid's Tale so I was more than happy with winners this year.

I'm currently starting on watching BLL soon but I remember when we did the TV Board 30 days challenge and how everyone raved about it. Are there plans for a S2? I remember it's only a one-off but I'm hearing HBO is thinking of doing another season?

Let us know what you think! You pretty much got it covered. It was a one-off but since it was so successful HBO and co. are currently brainstorming ideas for season 2. If they find something they like I think they'll confirm a second season.
