I think people need to get over this whole SHE GAVE IT BACK ALREADY thing.

She put the key into his hand. He moved it to his other hand. Then the I hate you/no you don't convo followed with making out. And then all the craziness happened. We didn't see him pocket the key. So it's a LEGIT assumption that the making out and the emotions caused him to drop it. And then he turned and she picked it up. Because she CLEARLY did not want to give it back. Hell, SHE WORE IT AS A NECKLACE. IT WAS BY HER HEART! Jesus, why is this difficult to understand.

Lydia's feelings have NEVER gone away or wavered. And Jackson has been pushing her away. And then the kanima thing and he started losing himself.

She wanted him at her party and he warned her! Told her she didn't want him there. And when she touched him, Jackson totally came out from the kanima influence for a second.

And that time he was angry and pushed her against the school wall...he walked away and stopped, looked at her. There was a lot of emotion in his eyes.

She IS his anchor. Like Allison is Scott's. (Except JL have been together much longer. And she knows more about him than anyone - aside from Danny.)

I think sometimes people just want everything to be shown to them so they know for sure. But it's not possible to do that on a TV show. Do we really want to watch everything, even the little mundane things? Boring. There's only one logical explanation for Lydia still having the key anyway if you think about it. How else could she have gotten it back? Jackson surely wouldn't have handed it back to her after how persistent he has been in asking for it back. Lydia wasn't going to sneak into his house and steal it back

Okay, so I've said this a lot of times before but I just have to say it again I just love love love love how it's not Lydia's immunity that saves Jackson. It's her love that saves Jackson We can see that Jackson regains his consciousness for a little while when he is with Lydia or Danny. People said that Jackson came out from the Kanima state when Lydia touched him because of her immunity power but he managed to come out from it when Danny was talking to him as well. I do think both Lydia and Danny are the most important people to Jackson so it's really the people who touch his heart that can save him never ever underestimate the simple yet undeniable power of human love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
