Bamon? They aren't even a real couple. They've never been a couple. How are they this popular? You think it's because people are helping them because they hate Olicity? That's so weird and random and crazy, lol. There are ships out there I hate too, but who has time to waste on trying to make a ship you hate lose polls and what not? I don't understand that at all. People should just focus on what they love, no try to bring down what they hate. Who wants to dwell on negativity like that?

Trust me Bamon are not that popular. and I'll never understand some people. Maybe they just want TVD to win and are banding for the TVD fandom to win.

Yeah I didn't think they were. I can't believe TVD is even still this popular though. That show has devolved into such a pile of crap. I'm surprised anybody still cares enough about it to vote for it for anything,lol. Also I wouldn't vote for a sip I hate just because it's on a show I do like. If I don't like a ship, I'm not supporting it in any way.

Are we doing any better? And is that thing entirely on Tumblr? There is no other way to help the fandom win?

ETA: The mtv thing is tumblr only, yeah. You can like it only once for the duration of the competition - which counts as one vote, but then you can reblog as many times as tumbr allows. I think someone said that's 250 a day.
And all of that is per tumblr account.

What do you mean by a real award?

I'd like to see Olicity win anything, (and I know it means publicity for the ship and show) but this is the worst kind of competition. People can reblog a lot of times per day, and as we can see is happening.. people aren't just 'voting' for those they like, but those they don't care for just so another ship doesn't win.

Actually I suppose the same can be said for all online polls..

Well I think we can kiss that award goodbye 30K behind now this is bs. For however much we go up.... they go like 10k up. I mean real because it's like a PCA(People Choice award) form what I heard. for the online polls we get nothing.

I agree this is worst kind of competition, when voting is essentially a free for all, that allows for craziness like people voting for ships they don't like. And you're right that really any online poll that allows endless voting is going to have that crap happen. I heard it was going on when E! had its couples march madness poll. I don't know why people want to waste their time trying to make ships lose things. Sorry but that's just nuts. I mean there are definitely ships I hate with a passion but I'm still not going to spend all that time and energy on trying to make those ships lose polls and what not. Do these people not have better things to do, lol?


Don't give up Leticia! Maybe the crazy people trying to make Olicity lose will get bored and go to bed soon. Don't give up, that's what they want. How long is this voting for this award going on anyway?

Exactly. I mean it's hard enough voting for something you like to win in these things.. takes up so much time because that's how these polls go.. you need to dedicate time to win it. To vote against something.. I'm not sure I could be bothered.

I wish they had polls where you can vote only once.. like ones that would be super hard to cheat. I mean I don't know if that's possible, but at least it would give more honest results.

I agree there should be more polls where you only vote once and it's super hard to cheat. Because you would have more honest results. Felicity won one like that recently. Favorite DC hero amongst the shows on the CW. She had over 10,000 votes for first place. Oliver/the Arrow was next with just over 5,000 votes. That poll makes me really proud because each of those votes is a person who voted for Felicity. And on a comic book website no less. So that's super awesome.


So I might've just made a Tumblr so I can help reblog. Might take me a bit to figure it all out and I obviously won't have any followers to help me, but I can't stand the idea of Olicity losing because people are voting for ships just to make Olicity lose.

Also how did they even choose the nominees? They are kind of random, lol. Bamon is not a couple and really hasn't even gotten that close to being a couple. Sciles is a bromance and nothing more. And Emison hasn't been a thing on the show in a long time and isn't even the most popular PLL ship. Who chose the nominees? Olicity should win just for making more sense than any of the other nominees, lol.
