^ Ooh, that's a good theory.

I think Klaus definitely said something that made Bonnie want to give up the information. Maybe Klaus told Bonnie that he had been seeing Mikael, and when she refused to tell him what was going on, he brought up that Mikael having the ability to have a foothold on the physical plane could have been a danger to Bonnie and the Mystic Falls gang.

^ Exactly! Mikael's presence in the world put lots of people in danger, not just Klaus and his family but also the Mystic Falls gang. Bonnie probably told Klaus what he wanted to know so that he could keep Mikael at bay.

^ Klaus had been the only one who had been able to defeat Mikael, so naturally he was the best option to do it again.

That part was rather amusing. Who knew that a teenager would be able to keep him neutralized? =p

I keep thinking about Klaus recruiting Bonnie. He must have known how powerful she was, considering the fact that she was able to put him down.

It really was too bad that we couldn't have had more related to Klaus|Bonnie but little too late now considering believe Kat is completely done

she won't reprise the role at all it seems

That's what I heard as well. And if she had stepped back into her role, we would have heard about it by now, but since we haven't, then I'm assuming that it's not going to happen.

It really is too bad. It sometimes feels like a missed opportunity that TPTB didn't do more with Klaus and Bonnie when they had the chance.

I feel bad for KG that her time in TVD was probably so bad that she doesn't ever want to return to the role.

It just makes me thankful she stayed on TVD for all 8 seasons....

Although she announced in season 7 that Season 8 would be her last season.

And than of course, Ian followed suite.

And than of course, they decided to end the show at season 8......

Which was wise. A show without Kat, Ian and Nina would have been way too much.

^ To be honest, I didn't pay much attention to her until season eight.

Doing a re-watch really opened my eyes though. She really was given the short end of the stick.

I always loved Bonnie due to how different she was from her book form

KG got a short stick BUT at the same time loved what they did with her - making her a powerful witch

^ I think it's something Klaus does when he wants to show someone that he's in control...but I can't get over how close he is to her. It would be kind of intriguing if you ignore the look of horror on Bonnie's face.
