"Prof. Charles Francis Xavier : [narration] Mutation: it is the key to our evolution. It has enabled us to evolve from a single-celled organism into the dominant species on the planet. This process is slow, and normally taking thousands and thousands of years. But every few hundred millennia, evolution leaps forward."

Want to make a title from this but obviously its giant -- had a go at making a title from it

Wasn't sure if posters were waiting on me considering I developed the board before the boys took over

So now we can have a safe place where am "friends" with both guys and if needed also with Jerry and well actually most of the MM's - so got options if we find them up to no good in this thread

I won't tolerate it We need our own space considering most fear to go to the board

You've never seen them? seen any of the animated or any of the live-action shows?

I myself am a few movies behind so no worries

Wonder if Legion or The Gifted will be added to Disney+ where still annoyed that CDN doesn't have X-Men Evolutions where loved that animated series -- believe it would have been before my brain surgery had got started into the OG animated from the 90s

I saw the live-action, but it was way before but not the animation since I was too young when my siblings used to watch it..

We need to get you into the movie-verse for warning though X3 is hard very hard - a lot of people including myself has it as least favorite

Its a tie between it and The Wolverine where he goes to Japan but after re-watching realized not that bad

So basically with X3 I've got my issues but still tolerate it

Prequels are just 2nd one Days of Future Past gets a little confusing cause IMO that movie pretty much erased the first 3 movies - than unsure what the timeline is where think Wolverine: Origins may even have been effected by it

Oh that's another that gets a lot of negativity I personally liked it

Logan is just beautiful

Deadpool if you've seen them -- Wolverine: Origins explains why Ryan was so deadset on getting to do the character justice

Yay! Glad we can have a POSITIVE DISCUSSION about The X Men! Love the title, I always think of Jean saying it before we see The Phoenix in the water more than Professor X saying it lol.

I first got into X Men cause of X Men TAS, that must be watched by everyone! It is so damn good and is very comic accurate. I'm glad they will continue the series with X Men 97'. I don't have Disney+, but if I get it it will be for that. I liked X Men Evolution too, but it still doesn't compare to X Men TAS.

I still feel the same about The X Men films, they are a mixed bag. X3 and Wolverine: Origins are the worst X Men films to me. X2, X Men: Days of Future Past, and Logan are the best. The timeline was confusing, but Fox didn't care so I guess the fans shouldn't. Overall, I still hate how weak they had Storm and Rogue in the films. Along with no Gambit (He sucks in Origins and doesn't feel like Gambit to me at all) I can't wait to see what the MCU does with The X Men. Overall I want a badass Storm and Rogue, Gambit (and his pairing with Rogue) and justice for Cyclops after they screwed him over for years for Wolverine and rewriting it like Jean only loved him SMFH.

I'll work on the OP but also glad to have this thread too

I actually didn't mind Origins am 50/50 on Gambit cause Taylor did a fair job from seeing pieces of TAS and that having him as an X-Men gave me some perspective having done it just last year assuming -- where will have to assume was before my hospital stay etc cause otherwise from mid-May to end of Sept was in a "faze" and wasn't paying attention to anything where it was just not "me" while was in the anti-seizure steroids -- never seen his FNL where only thing otherside of Gambit was Battleship and that was a good movie

I think everyone can agree on X3 trying to do 2 storylines in 1 movie One at a time -- last I have seen is X-Men: Apocalypse So haven't seen the prequels version of The Phoenix

Logan/Jean I appreciated but obviously Scott/Jean OTP I am a can very forgiving when it comes to my pairing going though ups and downs or being with other people -- but making it seem like she had only loved Logan is a so appreciated what we got but don't accept it -- if that makes sense

Thank you for the thread!

X1, X2, Logan, Deadpool, and Days of Future Past are my faves. First Class is alright too. Wish we could've seen James Mangold's original vision for The Wolverine without the executive meddling and PG-13 rating.

Legion hurt my brain. The Gifted was unexpectedly good. Really hope we see the Stepford Cuckoos again. I love them best when they're a bit creepy especially when they speak in unison and finish each others' sentences.
