Yeah, she was filming her movie at the same time they were shooting 7x16 & 7x17. I really hope she's in 7x18.

Well here goes some good news! It seems like Kat will be in 18 episodes this season.

She's in the table read for the season finale.

Also I like Candice mentioning Season 8 in it... hopefully this means the whole cast will be back....

Season 8 will be Kat's last season on TVD. So she's staying, but only for one more season. I guess they didn't bother with allowing us to think Bonnie may die or leave town.

That's good news! I was just going to post that. I hope she signed for each episode in Season 8.

That would be a nice ending. However, it's time for TVD to get off air after Season 8.

Season 8 should definitely be the last season.

I love Candice, but Caroline as a character just isn't strong enough to be the only female main lead.

No Nina, and no Kat... it's time to end the show during Season 8.
