I loved all the little hints about how obvious their feelings for each other are.

Being who they are they can't use words (ok, they're too stubborn to do it

) but it still shows.

I think once Snowing know why Neal left her and see that he still loves her, they'll ship them too.

Yeah I think it will be tense at first and for good reason, but I think they'll see how much they love each other and come to understand Neal's choices like Emma will. I do expect a you hurt my daughter again speech from Charming.

They'll ship them I'm certain. after all thier SB relationship hit some big bumps when David didnt stand by Mary Margaret when she was accused of murder. So what Neal did isnt anything at all like that. Neal intentions were pure and that's what really matters.

I have a feeling if Henry tried to parent trap them Emma would get wise to his little scheme pretty quickly.

Maybe they don't need help. Fate brought them together, so it should be able to bring them back together again, without any interference.
