Unfortunately I do not believe we'll get more scenes with Mal and Regina... it's really sad that after years of waiting to see more of Regina and Mal they dedicated just one episode to them and then they basically did not interact.

I want to see more of Maleficent and Regina in season 5. They are friends who can help each other through the hard times now. Maleficent getting to know her adult daughter, Regina with her troubles with Zelena, and maybe Maleficent can help with the dark one curse too.

Since Kristin Bauer's new ABC pilot wasn't ordered to series it should be up to Adam and Eddy and whether or not they want to bring Maleficent back next season, I guess. I'd love to see her again too, though.

Since they left Mal alive and well in Storybrooke, it would be very easy to bring her back. And her ability to turn into a dragon might be needed or helpful at some point, who knows.
