It makes me so happy that Lana Parrilla and Kristin Bauer have become good friends! I hope that Maleficent and Regina can become friends again too. Although it was harsh of Regina to let the curse keep Maleficent as a dragon under the library for 28 years. I think she will unhappy about that. :lol:

Thaks for this thread. I am so looking forward to their interaction. Loved their scene in the second episode of the first season. Really hope we will find out how they met and became friends.

That's something I'm really hoping to see in 4B as well. Maleficent should have at least one centric episode with flashbacks before the season is through, here's hoping Regina's gonna be involved when we get to that.

Yeah, it would make sense of have a combined Maleficent and Regina flashbacks, given Regina didn't really have any flashback episodes in 4A.

I'm very curious about how they met and what their relationship was like before Regina stole the dark curse from her. Were they really friends before that or were they always more like frenemies?

They did seem somewhat friendly at least - but of course, if they were genuine friends, that would make Maleficent probably more hurt and angry over what Regina did to her.

Will be interesting to find out for sure :)

What if it turns out that Malificent has been here before and has had her own portals all along? The dragon was simply an illusion she conjured up before the first curse and she fled to New York before it was cast? If this is the case; she'd still be upset with Regina for breaking the boundaries of even dark magic.
