As soon as Emma found out he was still alive. I know it was an awful time for Emma, with Neals death and Henrys kidnapping but her reaction made no sense to me. IMO she acted as if he had been dead for a year or more and when she had finally managed to move on, he suddenly returned. But he was only "dead" for a few days. She should have been happy. And grateful. When would you've changed the story?
