I'm enjoying this season too, but yes 'Beauty' was the best eppy this season, in fact, for me, one of the best of the whole series..

and I do love Rumple's arc this season, yes him dying

, but it's the journey to it, and we all know the journey is back to Belle

Ok officially the episode "Beauty" is one of my favourite episodes excluding the part where Belle dies but still i am so happy Rumpell became a better man and find his happiness

I think Rumple wasn't able to move on from the UW after he died in 3x11 because he had unfinished business. That deal he made with the Healer in 5x14 for example. And Neal hadn't officially forgiven him yet (he wasn't able to do that until they met again in 3.15), which could've been an issue too. And there were probably other people in the UW who had a score to settle with Rumple, hence why he was tortured.

And I like his relationship with Alice and Rogers. I also like Drizella, and Alice/Robyn. And of course "Beauty" was, well, pure beauty

I get what you're saying, but he didn't deserve to be sent to the UW and tortured.....and he was tortured because he was deathly afraid of going back there. I was SO, SO certain that when Rumple "died" and that light magic surrounded him that he was going to a good place.

I didn't think I was going to watch S7 at ALL, so while I'm not emotionally invested beyond Rumple, I like several of the newer characters and have enjoyed 7A. I'm still not happy that Bex and Zelena are back, and I still dislike that Rumple is having FAR more screen time with other characters than with Belle, but I LOVE his arc...and I love that Rumbelle have been shown as ETERNAL love, not just True Love.

All I want is an epic last episode for Rumple and a significant (read NOT aborted) reunion.

Those images are gorgeous. The cinematography in this episode was beautiful.

Yeah, I was actually happy with the CGI in "Beauty" (It's one of my favorite things in Skin Deep too, actually)

I love how Rumple remembered everything Belle said to him in that "bravery" talk, so long ago.........about wanting to be a hero (the phone call), wanting to see the world........everything. I never thought we'd get to see Rumbelle travel the world; I thought it was probably something that would never come to fruition despite the show constantly referencing it

Oh that was a gorgeous scene. I love how, in 6B, Rumple and Belle alternated between hope and despair, so that when each was down, the other was able to bolster the other.....Poor Belle had always been so strong and positive, and I loved seeing her so vulnerable - so that Rumple could do what he always wanted to do: be there for her, be her strength..her rock
