You know I was thinking at work that he must have been emailing back and forth with Belle for a while to gain her trust. That further supports that he immediately began planning how to get back to her. Won't the Evil Trio be surprised when they find out just how far he is willing to go for that "maid'.

Hmm I think so, might you Ursula had an inkling about it, they must have made quite an impression when they captured Belle in FTL to have Ursula remember Belle..

 Oxford professors who know all about languages from magical Other Worlds: Tolkien. Extra Honestly, if I were to start listing the bumps in the road between Tolkien and his wife getting their happily ever after, they could give Rumbelle a run for the money. Rumbelle would still win, but you have to give a lot of points for having to wait six years (three of them with no contact), nearly losing the girl to a guy with first initial G (not Gaston, but still), and marrying right before Tolkien went off to the trenches of World War I (like Rumple, he was not big on the idea of death in battle and had managed to get a deferral while finishing his degree). Anyhow, if you know Tolkien's story of Beren and Luthien, it tells you everything you need to know that Tolkien had "Luthien" put on his wife's gravestone when she died and "Beren" put on his--which is something I could see Rumple doing if he were the kind of guy to refer to Tolkien on gravestones. |
