I hope it's sooner rather than later because his character desperately needs it. The writers need to offer a hint or clue to the audience that there is some bigger plan in the works with him...maybe...hopefully.

Exactly, because at the moment, we are all saying Rumple is OOC, that's the main problem. The writers are not showing us what is happening with Rumple inside.

He has had so much emotional heartbreaking stuff over the past few years and he has had hardly any scenes about, what his emotional state is. Nothing. Ridiculous from the writers really that they haven't shared even a little of this regarding Rumple.

And with hardly anyone to talk to, he's now gone over the edge I think.. But we don't know that because the writers don't tell us anything

I don't think Rumple necessarily has any "big plan".. It seems to me that he's just terrified of losing his another son. Maybe he just doesn't know how to deal with being a father again? Maybe he's just being miserable and lonely and clings to any scrap of affection he can get?

Well I thought he would have told EQ to stop getting into his space.

It was more 6.07 though...

I wish he would open up though, if he did maybe the stuff is happening atm could be avoided..

Rumple is only mentioned in passing in this story, but I think of all my stories as Rumple ones. So, I'm mentioning it here.

Emma meets the Bennet sisters. These Bennet sisters are much closer in spirit to the Bennet sisters of Austen's book but, yeah, they hunt zombies.

And it just so happens there are some undead people in Storybrooke.

It's really not that different than what happened to Hook in 5a. He snapped because Emma turned him into the DO, the thing he hates most, against his will. And if there's something that can make Rumple snap and lose the control, it's the thought of losing his child. "Daddy issues"/the loss of Bae, you know..
