We stood in the second row, so we had a great view

Thank you, my weekend was not too bad.

It's great to hear that you had a good time at Robbie's show, too. So, did you take a lot of pics while at the concert???
I usually tend to fumble too much with my camera instead of really enjoying the show when I'm at a concert. Therfore I've sworn myself that next time I'll definitely leave the camera at home. However, I'm sure the first thing I'll pack will be my Canon...

How long before the concert started were you at the venue?

I had a great time in Dresden. The Saturday at the beach was amazing. The lake had a real beach, it looked like a real sea beach, with little waves rolling in, and fine white sand

In the evening, we had a barbecue, which was yummy too. Yesterday, we went to have lunch in the Czech Republic and did some shopping in the Duty Free Shop there

Now I am back in Bavaria and already survived my first day of work after my vacation

Thankfully, Thursday's a public holiday here and I got Friday off as well

Anne, I am just the same when it comes to going to concerts

I recorded almost every song Robbie played, including almost all of Angels, and I kept watching the concert through my cell phone instead watching it for real

I'm usually the same with taking pictures - being more concentrated on taking pictures than enjoying the show

But "luckily" my phone battery died after half of the show, so I couldn't take anymore pictures and could just enjoyed the show

But I was so angry at the moment

Luckily my friend's phone was still working and she could record some songs and take more pictures

We went to the venue around 12 pm, the venue openend at 3 pm.

Glad you had such a great time in Dresden, Steffi

Aww, you're so lucky that you're starting with a short week after your holidays

I'm jealous

Oh, that's good that your friend's phone still worked and she could take some more pictures and make some videos

Wow, you were there quite some time before the concert started! Was it hot that day?
You know, I am always scared when I have to wait that long and standing in the audience, because I know that I will definitely have to pee and that worries me all the time because I am scared the spot I was standing in will be gone when I go to the restroom

Isn't it a public holiday tomorrow in Baden-Württemberg, Anni?
I am really happy right now, I could get used to working like that - 3 days of work, and then 4 days off

Yeah, it was sunny and warm, maybe around 27 degrees...well, it was pretty relaxed, everyone was sitting down till the concert started and you could also leave your place without problems, get some drinks, something to eat and go to the toilet and then get back without any problems!

Nope, no public holiday for me today, I'm at work

Haha, you guys down there in southern Germany are so lucky with all your extra holidays. Up here in the North we have the least of all in Germany. Not that I mind - I am usually working on most of these holidays anyway since I am self-employed.

However, I'll be off to Denmark tomorrow and be back in two weeks. That's two weeks less of actually waiting for HoD to return to our screens.

I won't have any Internet connection there so I am totally cut off from all the "action". Difficult times but still a guarantee for total relaxation!

When I end up in the crowd, I am more stressed than relaxed

I thought at least southern Germany has a public holiday today

Is it only Bavaria then? I know that Bavaria has the most public holidays of all German federal states, but I thought Baden-Württemberg was close to us

Anne, have a lot of fun in Denmark and relax as much as you can!
