Zoe and Wade could have been played by other actors but the show/ship never would have been what it was without Rachel and Wilson as those characters imo.

Yeah, I agree completely! And I don't think the characters would have been the same either with Rachel and Wilson playing them. Especially for Wade/Wilson tbh because Wilson did an amazing job putting his own twist on his character.

Yeah, and we probably wouldn't have gotten Zoe and Wade's relationship the way it was because the one reason why they made them endgame was because Wilson and Rachel made the characters better because of their awesome chemistry. I am assuming that the original plan for them was just for Zoe to get involved with the bad boy neighbor as sort of a temporary thing.

Definitely. It was just gonna be a short fling before she got her endgame love story starting.

Yeah, because the original plan was for Zoe and George to be endgame. It almost flipped with George being sort of a "fling" and Wade/Zoe being endgame. Even though Zoe didn't do much of anything other than kiss George. It's funny how easily things can change.

Definitely! And it is good that they can easily change things up when things don't turn out the way they had planned written on paper.
