thanks for the new thread!!! Wow, I never realized when I watched the show initially but geez the ratings really dropped in the middle of season 3. In makes sense why, but it is a shame that it is because if the ratings were higher, we may have gotten more to season 4 or even a season 5. :shrug:

Notice the jump from 1x04 to 1x05. 1x04 was one of W/Z best eps. Looks like it sparked interest. That was a pretty big jump to 1x05.

Also the jump between 1x21 and 1x22. The promo for 1x22 showed Wade and Zoe in the barn kissing and her confronting him about his feelings. I imagine the promo helped, cause everyone was waiting on something to finally happen.

Also notice the jump from 3x22 to 4x01, again, another huge jump and episode for W/Z.

I really think breaking up W/Z hurt the ratings and then in season 3 keeping them apart really hurt.

I could be biased for my couple, but I do think their break up plaid a role in viewers being turned off.

It was definitely their break-up and the 2 relationships no one cared for that we got after.

yeah, I definitely think breaking Zoe and Wade up hurt the ratings. I stuck with it but I can admit my interest wasn't there AS much because it was killing me seeing them separated. Every episode I was constantly saying "come on, get them back together already!" . I truly believe that if there was a break up at all, it should have only lasted until like 3x08 after Wade kissed Zoe and Zoe confronted him. But instead of Zoe telling him that it couldn't happen again, they should have decided to get back together and Zoe break up with Joel.

This is like the 5th time Scott liked my tweets and he even actually replied to one of them. I see him replying to fans all the time. This whole cast is so interactive with all of their fans. This was after they did that zoom reunion the other day (the one I predicted :lol: jk). The creator Leila also liked this same tweet and she replied to one of my comments about Scott being funny on the the show. Also the guy that plays Stanley liked that as well. Jaime also liked and retweeted my other one about it. And then finally the HOLY GRAIL, of it all, Wilson Bethel liked one of my tweets, finally. My goal in life to get Wilson to notice me, has been met. :lmao:

Okay, all joking aside, as a fan, I have to say, It honestly makes me happy to see how involved they are on twitter with their fans. I love this show and this cast so much and how they interact with fans. It's nice to see, actually, cause some casts don't interact with their fans all, sadly.

Unfortunately I got nothing else from Wilson so far. :pout: That was probably a one time thing for me.


Oh yeah, 100%. I do think the break up really affected the ratings like hardcore. You can't devote that much time and energy into a couple, build their fanbase up, then tear it all down and go that long without rectifying it, without losing support from ticked off viewers.

Aw, I think that is so great!!! It's really awesome that they acknowledge a hart of dixie reboot. It makes us know that they are super grateful for the show and the fans and who knows maybe in the future we will get a temporary reboot to see how the characters are doing.

Exactly. It's fun and exciting when the casts acknowledges you, but the bigger picture is how appreciative they are of that show and the fans and it really shows with their interaction. They really all have nothing but good things to say about the show, their experience, the people and every single one of the cast, said they would be all in for a reboot. That is pretty telling about how great that environment must have been to work in. And they make sure their fans know they are grateful too. Some people try to put shows or characters behind them, but this whole casts always embraces it, still.

Yeah, it makes it even better that the cast still talk to each other even after years of the show being over. That proves that even if they don't see each other all the time they remain pretty close. It's like a mini family.

Yeah I agree with you. Some actors just move forward after their shows end, but it is really nice when they continue to acknowledge fans for a particular show after it has ended. Even if/when they currently are on a new show.

I'm looking forward to that All Rise episode.

It's so great that the cast is into possibly having a revival one day. You can't revive a show without the cast after all.

Another show of mine we barely ever get anything from the cast or show people ever and we're about to head into the last season of it with nada.

yeah. And its not like you can have a different cast because it wouldn't be a remake. it would be a reboot. I'm sure that if the cast still stays in touch with Leila Gerstein, if she wanted to start a reboot even for just a few additional episodes, they would make it work. Even with some of the cast on different shows at the moment. It's good that even the cast is open to a possible reboot in the future.

And the fact that each of them have all said they would love to do a reboot. That is hopeful too. Wilson has said it numerous times. Even doing Daredevil press, he said he would love to play Wade again. I know Rachel said it on Instagram and Scott has said it on twitter and Wilson said he and the creator are close and that he knows she would love to have the show back. It really comes down to a network willing to pick it up. And if All Rise gets renewed, that could be a problem. Most of the cast have to sign 5 year contracts when that happens. That could be a problem for Wison's character. Truth be told, I'd take All Rise getting cancelled in a heartbeat, if that meant freeing up Wilson to reprise Wade. I'd feel bad for the rest of the cast, but I love my Wade Kinsella. I'm selfish. I know. :lol:

Wilson being on All Rise and Cress being on Black Lightning doesn't always mean that the chances of a reboot are slim. They can still make a mini couple episode reboot happen with a little work with actors filming schedules. It has worked with other shows when reboots have happened..... Some of the cast have been on other shows and they just had to work around schedules. But it is definitely a positive thing that all the cast are open to it. IF the network is open to a reboot.

They could always film during the off-seasons for AL and BL.

Call me greedy, but I want my Wade Kinsella and my Mark Callen :P
