I know, I'm kind of done with the show anyway because very few things interest me at this point, but I whole heartedly believe the books are telling the story of the Stark children so they will endure.

I couldn't quit the show even if I wanted to. Especially since I've only read one book (so my anger is not yet as great as yours lol).

I have mixed feelings about it.
One the one hand it was filmed beautifully and Lena Headey absolutely killed it and I thought it was probably the best adapted scene of the episode (if not the season.) However (this is more for a long wall of ranting text than spoilers) ...

Y'know, it's interesting you say that. I too found it harsh for show!Cersei. I actually teared up and felt really bad for her. Which, based on what I know from the books, I shouldn't but...yeah. Lena did kill it though. She's truly talented. Anyone who claims differently is bonkers.

I felt bad for her too.
 I thought they did a wonderful job cutting to her view of the Red Keep though. She stares at it and reminds herself that Tommen is there and it's what keeps her going. I kept thinking about that the whole time. And also ... Hair grows back.  __________________

I have a hard time 'being done' with a show even when I don't like aspects of it, etc. I just can't do it. Just not wired that way. If I like it in the beginning I have to see how it ends.

I'll just see how it ends in the books. The fact that I don't even look forward to my favorite scenes anymore means I shouldn't watch. And there are no favorite scenes for me to look forward to, because the books and the show are caught up now.
Anyway, I'm off to bed, folks! I'll be watching Penny D and Hannibal tomorrow.  to everyone after that ending.__________________

Libby - Yay for loyalist! Em & Letty - Torrid has a collection of Penny Dreadful clothes. The Dorian Grey dress is lovely it has beautiful portrait frames all over it. Almost all the other pieces are scorpion themes for Vanessa. __________________
