I think you'd be surprised by what you'd do when it came down to it. I used to think the same, but a few years ago I nearly got hit by a car (in the church parking lot) pushing a child out of the way. Adrenaline takes over and you act. It's not something you pause to consider. I prefer living, of course, but still.
