Did anyone else cringed a bit when Holly said the "where's your love to me" quote? I think she was extremely over the top, but then again it might work better once we watch the entire scene. And we are able to see Cesare's reaction and he looks quite sad at the end

I don't think it's over the top if it has to do with the baby or Alfonso. I'd be pretty upset either way if I was Lucrezia. Plus, I feel that any betrayal from Cesare is the biggest betrayal, simply because she loves him so much. So she's bound to freak out pretty massively.
