      They are much more alike than people think. Stefan tries to be extra good to hide his bad side and Katherine tries to be extra bad to hide her good side. And when they're together they kind of meet in the middle, Stefan lets in a little bit of his bad side and Katherine lets in a little bit of her good side __________________

I think that vampire Katherine and Damon are more alike now but the person that Katherine is when she lets in her humanity has more in common with Stefan.
