The conclusion I come to from reading what you write is that Nina is either with Derek or she isn't __________________

nina is always next to jules, some of the people that spotted jules with selena were tvd fans and no one saw nina next to them...

At any rate, with all these sightings of Nina's friends, and her in Hollywood, I hope Nina enjoyed the Halloween maze! It sounds amazing. Especially with Derek there to comfort her with his strong arms.
 I wonder if they held hands at Beacher's again. Probably learned their lesson since the last time. If she stays till Monday, maybe Sunday brunch will be with the families... Bruce and Alex, etc. |

Nina could have been some other place at that particular time the fans saw them, doesn't meant she wasn't with them at some point, or that she wasn't there.
