 LuvinJames23 did they use the ocean already for Jaha and Co??? kenni727 it seems like they will need one in order to break up the story and give a more realistic tone to it.. i mean it can be war war war all the time… Surely they can imply off screen that they had some quiet, normal-ish moments… __________________

Why do people even bother trying to get the writers to admit they like or dislike certain fans? What do you think their answer will be? Guess what, parents know exactly who their favorite child is.
 Anyway, IA with those in the last thread who voiced what a shame it is that the Bellarke ship will always be met with disdain from certain fans now simply because it's a heterosexual ship. I've already seen people put down Bellamy as "just a typical straight male lead."  But to bring it back to a positive note, I still think they will be amazing when they get together and even if there isn't a big reunion hug like 2x05, just their first look at each other in the finale will surely be worth waiting for. Remember how they set hearts aflutter just over radio?!  |

I get what you're saying Leelala. I felt like we could see Bellamy's exhaustion in this last episode. I feel like at this point, they should all be that way. I get what this show is like but why is it so crazy to think that the characters might get a moment of respite? Hell, they've even had moments like that on TWD. __________________

Bellamy looks so exchausted, Clarke is still looking a little too good for me Maybe I'm just jealous cause when I'm tired I look like a 90 year old hag.Fuzzy - thanks for that. So important when Kim said this: But here is what you will never hear in The 100 writers’ room: “Let’s do Story X because the fans will love it.” Or, “Let’s do Story Y because the fans will get really mad.” We adore all of our fans, but your opinion is not the barometer by which we judge what story to tell or not tell. I don’t even know how it could be. Which fans should we please? Who decides? That way lies madness. We’re trying to tell a story about characters in an impossible situation, about a world alien to what we know, about the nature of humanity itself. In discussions about that kind of stuff, demoralizing a certain set of fans isn’t even on our radar. __________________

Toni mentioned Clarke's "suspiciously radiant hair" in her photo recap this week.
I think Bellamy looks particularly bad because he's in a particularly bad situation. He's been in hiding, crawling around in air ducts for several days and the weight of the entire plan is resting on his shoulders. Has he even slept? I'm surprised he's not going gray. |

Well Clarke did smuggle shampoo. And sour patch kids. Damn that Clarke!
Okay, not to downplay the burden that’s been placed on Clarke, because it’s extreme and significant. But Bellamy’s is just a touch heavier. Or two tons. And he’s been handling this burden for a long time. Has Bellamy ever lived a carefree existence? Just look at their flashbacks. We at least saw Clarke laugh and smile before her father died. Bellamy’s life has always been all about taking care of someone else. And it’s a duty he doesn’t shirk. The poor man deserves…I can’t even fathom what he deserves right now. |

I'm hardly victimizing Bellamy. He is an incredibly strong character who has endured immense trials. But NOT a victim.
And while yes, Clarke has been through hell, she's not currently locked in Mt. Weather hiding from the enemy, getting chased and shot at. Oh, nor is she crawling through air vents with her butt on fire! I already said I'm not downplaying what Clarke has been through. I don't see how recognizing the gravitas of Bellamy's situation in any way diminishes Clarke or what's she's going through. |

I think right now Clarkeès troubles (oh here is the Spanish keyboard again) are more mental than physical, while Bellamèys are both. She ran away from a gorilla and a missile, but the other cause of great aggravation for her is the immense pressure and stress that have been consuming her since she landed.
Bellamy right now must be absolutely physically burnt out (literally), with the mental and emotional pressure of following everyoneès orders and trying to save all his friends at the same time, combined with him constantly running around, crawling through pipes, punching several men and being blown up in the butt. So from the last few episodes, Ièm going to say the scales are tipped slightly towards Bellamy Not that therèes a competition or anything UNTIL NEXT EPISODE! When Clarke fights the gorilla with one arm, while punching a MM with the other! __________________

Leelala and Fuzzy_Dunlop that definitely could be the ocean set Jason was referring to but maybe it's also a whole new set we haven't seen. Jason first mentioned it when they were wrapping up the S2 finale so that's why I was thinking we wouldn't see it until then. And I didn't think the body of water in Jaha scene looked like an ocean
