That recap! It has to be one of my favorite episodes of the series, and I love how excited Joey and Chandler look in those two caps in that scond set.

Anyone else a LITTLE upset that we didn't actually get to see this dream?

Yes! It's a great episode. You can speak Italian? That's awesome! I don't, but my dad does. When I asked him about the cursing, he said it means "Go to Naples," so it's a watered down swear, but I guess they couldn't even say the really bad Italian version. Anyway, yes, I love their little look to each other right afterward; it's adorable.

Love the recap, starryeyes! The entire scene where Rachel tells her dream is hilarious - and yes, I am a little upset we didn't get to see it, Giana! We got some of Chandler's dream of all the women, so it would've only been fair to get some C/R/J love - and J/C, apparently XD I had to go back and check out that handholding bit in the episode. I never noticed that before, so that's another amazing catch!

We're still on Season 4 - did you mean skip to 5? There are a couple more eps with J/R in S4. TOW The Girl from Poughkeepsie has a little J/R in it, and I think you will enjoy watching, or rewatching, that episode

yes! But I'm sure it was too steamy for TV

At least we got to see when she dreamt of him in season 9

Also, her 'that's new' line doesn't make sense anymore bc we know she had dreamt about him before

Well yes, but in the one from S9 she might have felt something more than she did in the first one, especially because we saw that she was attracted to him in S9
