I love how in that gifset scene she pointed out that stalking was not her best moment

I remember a lot people having problems with her earlier in that hospital scene when she came on too strong, but this scene acknowledged that she is well aware of her own flaws and owns them. I love that

And Alaric needs a strong woman by his side who knows who she is and doesn't make excuses, just explanations

Agreed. Sometimes just owning up to your flaws is enough to make those flaws endearing (depending on what those flaws are.

There IS a boundary after all.)

I agree. I'm glad she knows that she can come on too strong sometimes.

I agree and I think they can complete each other, bc as much as he needs a strong woman with no excuses, she needs someone who loves her tenderly in contrast with her past life
