For me they're falling in love already, and showing it pretty much well. Not that I'm surprised considering Rick is Rick and Jos' past.

I wouldn't go so far so to say that they're already falling in love since they just met and as Damon (who IMO spoke for the writers) pointed out they've only been on a few dates. But 'in love' is definitely where they're heading. I'm pretty sure Jo is here to stay and Jolaric will be a long-term relationship (endgame if they both survive the series.)

Damon hasn't seen how Jo and Alaric are together, though. He wasn't there during their "meant to meet" conversation, he didn't see how desperate Jo was to save Alaric, and he wasn't there when they were all cute & fluffy on the coach. I agree with Anna, Jo and Alaric are already falling in love with each other.

Well, then I explained myself badly I guess, may bad. But I stick with my idea I saw couples grew and became so even sooner as a matter of days, if it's just for that Clearly they have feelings for each other and since I'm old fashioned, I guess, I think kisses mean something for the matter beside sexual attraction

And no offense to Damon, but he knows nothing about Jo/Alaric since he was stucked in another world, he's the last person who can judge them and out of Bonnie's care mostly

Anna I get what your saying, about falling hard and fast. It didn't take long for Stefan and Elena to fall in love. You guys are right that Damon doesn't know what's happened between those two, and I get what you're both saying. It's clear that they like each other a lot, but I still wouldn't call it falling in love after episode 8. That's just how I see it. Or maybe we're all saying the same thing but in different ways.
