Hello all.

I've been holding out on you people...I have been lurking around this thread for ages, almost asking to be added and then changing my mind.

I am first and foremost a Damon fan because he is amazing. Then I am a Damon/Elena shipper because I think there is some serious chemistry going on there and the scenes they have shared are my favourite of all. (Apart form the Damon dancing scene feat. Ian Somerhalder's abs!) (I also love ships that are built up slowly as they feel more natural).

The reason I'm worried you people won't like me much is that I've already accepted somewhere deep inside that when the show ends, while I'm sure Elena will love both boys, Elena/Stefan will probably be the OTP. SORRY

We welcome all Damon/Elena lovers. I agree with you on that SE might be endgame on the show in the end, sadly, but I will still enjoy my ship during the show, because they will show amazingness even if they dont end up together.

Damon and Elena are full of eveything that make a couple REALLY ship-worthy. I am a passionate DE shipper, mostly because their love is passionate.

And I freaking LOVE fanfiction!

Yeah, if it gets good feedback, I'm hoping to take it on for the long haul. I've set it after Lost Girls and I'll stick to my own path despite what future episodes might bring. My only problem is I rush when I write fanfiction, I think I'm so eager to get it posted then when I look back I know I could have done better. So, I'll try and get this as good as I can! I noticed theres not a huge amount of D/E fics around.

And hi Miss DK! Yep, I'm the same! At the end of the day I'll take whatever the show gives me with D/E. Every scene they have had so far has lit up the screen. They are beautiful and HOT together!

And don't get too excited about my fiction...I'll do my best!

No, there are not many DE fics out there. So I decided to take matter in to my own hands

. I have written a one-shot and planning on a couple other one-shots in the near future. And I love reading other people's fanfics about DE.

Oooo, do you post your fanfiction on fanfiction.net? I'll have to check it out! I'm pleased with mine generally, I'm just tweaking at the mo. It's definately more fun than the essay I should be doing!

And did I just see something about new videos? I love vids so much <3 I think I have an unhealthy obsession with Ian's face! It's so beautiful
