I think it's a mistake. Sarah made that show. They showed other "slayers" and yet none had the command of Sarah had as Buffy. To have another Buffy, even if it's built on the world that we saw... I don't think so...
I knew eventually it would be put into a reboot. But I was hoping for a continuing adventure with maybe Buffy's daughter, and Sarah a part of it. I guess we'll see how it works! __________________

I kept saying they would do a reboot sooner or later. I always saw this coming but whatever, nothing will ever touch the original. Still such an amazing show after 20 years. Well if they do remake it I hope it doesn't get as much hate as the Charmed reboot is lmao.

There is now hints that it might actually end up a revival or a "continuation". Whether that means old characters will return. Looks like still a new slayer".
But the backlash might have gotten them changing the way they are conceiving the project. Time will tell. Maybe they will get Buffy to be a the "mentor" to the new slayer.
