I found it really hard to get used to NCIS without Tony.

I agree, it is hard to get into it at times. There are times where I keep waiting for Tony & he never comes

At first I found Torres' joking nature to be to close to Tony, but eventually we learned enough about him to differentiate the characters.

To me, Quin just never seemed to fit. And to go from being an instructor, back to a team member just never made sense to me.

I also agree. It was hard to get used to not seeing Tony.

Agreed about Torres.

It was odd that she went from instructor to agent, but I dunno, I thought the opposite. I thought she fit in ok.

I think part of why I struggled to like Torres was because he was being too much like Tony & took time to find his own & be his own individual character

I like Quinn & thought she fit, although thought it was odd to have two new team members & didn't find that necessary. I do agree that it was strange that she was an instructor but then went back to being an agent

McGee seemed to step up as team leader. And while I would have liked to see more of Delilah, their storylines were interesting and I'm glad we seen them married.

I agree Chris I don't know that they used Delilah all that much or had the wedding storyline much either (although I believe that was brought forward so that could be why? but I may also be wrong since I haven't seen it all). They could have done more there but they also had other stories to tell too which ay have gotten in the way McGee really did seem to step up & was good as the senior special agent/second-in-charge person though I do love that

Quite the contrast from first season McGee!

Was it just me, or was Abby a bit toned down this season? Not quite as over the top as she has been in the past.

It really was! It was nice to see McGee in the leader role. He has done a great job in it.

It did seem like Abby wasn't as over top this past season as in previous seasons.

I liked that McGee and Bishop continued to make the occasional movie reference. It seemed a nice way to pay tribute to Tony, and acknowledge that they still thought of him.

I didn't buy into Bishop's supposed romance with Kasim. Or the way Gibbs never said much to her when she went rogue.
