That is very good advice you gave, Erin. And hello
 Amethyst, if it is any consolation, time goes very quickly. Just befriend someone. or Someones. The point is to grab someone, even a random person every day, to have your coffee with. It might actually do you good to get to know others. BUT, make it a point of keeping the conversation light ... topics in the news, your favorite TV shows, stuff going on in the neighborhood.
