It's a very good movie, as I said I only have qualms with Renee. It's very slickly produced and a great homage to the stage version with the many scenes on stage. I can see why you'd like it better.

I heard a song on my I-Pod from it this morning. Sometimes when I'm watching it I play spot the Taye just for giggles, he's so often in the films background.

Yes Richard Gere is ageless sexy I find him sexier in Pretty Woman than in his American Gigolo and Officer & A Gentleman phase, I think it's the salt and pepper hair...it's a winner.

This is one of the play's I saw on Broadway and man I wish I had seen it at another time because I missed out on seeing people who I like in it. But I loved the movie it was accually better then the play.

Hehe, it's always fun to discover something like that. I really like the movie version I just wished they hadn't cut songs. For instance one of my favorite Chicago songs is "I Am My Own Best Friend" and that wasn't even left on the cutting room floor like "Class" was.

That always happen...you can't make the movie as long as the play unfortunately.

It was but it wasn't filmed, unfortunately.

I could have without the original "I Move On" to not see either of them cut from the film.
