I've just been crying for a month let's be real.

So saying good bye to the Big Bang Theory is going to be a lot more difficult than I thought. I have had the pleasure of being on the set and I've had the pleasure of meeting all the cast and some of the crew. Those times will never be forgotten in my world. I went to quite a few tapings in my day, and I have met some incredible tbbt fans throughout the days. I have had the time of my life at these shows. Having experience series finales before I kind of knew what to expect however this one was very difficult. When I look back on this I will remember another familiar time when I saw Boy Meets World live in 2000, That was one of the most difficult finales I have ever seen. All of the emotions good and bad, happy or sad come spilling out of everyone. Tears galore. You feel sadness, you feel relief and you feel uncertainty, even as a fan. I can't imagine what it feels like for the cast and crew of 12 years though. Movie wraps are hard enough but a tv series has to be completely different when the show has been on as long as TBBT. Its amazing how a show can get you so emotionally, mentally and even physically drawn in. You care about these characters, actors and everyone involved. You almost become obsessed with it. This show meant more than I thought it would. And though I feel it's time to retire and move on, I will definitely miss the show and all of its fun times even lessons. When I feel down I will remember all the good times I've had. When I need a refresher, I will put on the series dvds and laugh my ass off.

I want to thank Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg, Kunal Nayyar, Mayim Bialik, and Melissa Rauch for entertaining me, the laughs, even tears the writers presented, Bill Prady for coffee, pictures and his kindness, Chuck Lorre for creating this masterpiece, (the dude's funny too just so you know , both Steves, Mark Cendrowski for amazing directing of almost all episodes and the many others we don't see on a regular basis.

A huge congratulations are owed as well. TBBT will go down in history as long running. It probably won't get beat!

To some it was "our whole universe".

Side note - I love how the cast has been referring to them jointly as "the Steves" in some of their interviews, haha.

I've never thought I would be hooked so hard by a tv show and its cast. And here I am, bursting into tears from time to time just watching at pictures.
I try to rationalise, and I can't.

Johnny and Kaley's hug after their last scene really got me.
