Texas is one state I've never visited but want to. We've decided to visit countries in Europe this year. Shocking how few I've been too!

From ENews:
Actress Shiri Appleby and restaurateur fiancé Jon Shook—both of whom agreed to wait until the baby was born to find out the sex—welcomed a baby girl on Saturday, according to Us Weekly. "She's heaven," Appleby says of her newborn daughter. "I'm beyond thrilled." Shiri Appleby baby bumps on the beach Appleby announced her pregnancy in late December, shortly after revealing her engagement to Shook. The chef and restaurant owner popped the question while they were vacationing in Ventotene, Italy, in July. "One second you're having lunch, the next you have a ring on your finger!" Appleby said. And now, they have a baby. Congratulations to the new parents! Now they're another famous family in Hollywood __________________

A girl for Shiri! How wonderful!
I wonder what they'll name her - I hope something beautiful and not too 'Holly-weird" I've only been to Texas once, to a fan thing in Houston, and then I just saw the airport and the hotel. I almost went to Austin to see Jason's movie at SXSW, but they wouldn't guarantee a ticket to the show (you just got a general 'festival pass') and I just couldn't see flying to Texas with the chance that I might NOT get in to see Jason's movie there (I think it was "Shooting Livien" that premiered there?). We saw it later in Philadelphia, but minus Jason Thanks for the :just married" VW and the Bear/behrness PodMom. My nephew (Bossy Betty's son) moved to Texas and we pretty much never see him. He's come up for some family things very rarely. I hate heat, humidity, and Mexican food, so probably not the place for me! Although grandkids in the future might make me overlook those other 3 things! __________________

Had to come by and drop this off - hilarious (to Star Trek fans, anyway)
Captain Kirk and The Gorn - videogame rematch I can see Shiri with a little girl too! I hope she looks like her Mom with all that beautiful dark hair (once she gets hair, that is). __________________

I guess Shatner wasn't the easiest guy to work with in the 'good old days' but he doesn't take himself too seriously, is willing to do things for a laugh.
Very happy about Shiri's little baby girl Natalie! __________________

Yea I bet he is a total narcissist....I have heard some of the stuff old cast mates have said. I did actually like that little chat show he had. Did you ever see it? Surprisingly he was a good interviewer. Can't remember the name of it of course.
Had to go look it up > Shatner's Raw Nerve (TV Series 2008– ) - IMDb __________________

He and my Mr Boss share a birthday in March! Mr Boss also rubbed plenty of folks the wrong way in his career; they sort of like to Ram their way ahead (like the Aries rams they are). But Leonard Nimoy's birthday is quite near Shatner's, I think, and he is a very different fellow. I was shocked to find out (years and years and years later) that Nimoy was quite a drinker, too.
