But actually you cannot follow someone on twitter unwillingly if the twitter account is a locked one, as it is in this case. Besides if you click on the facebook page reported on the twitter page of this girl you will see that the girl's name is Brooklyn Carter (Jessie Bacardi), living, it seems, in NY, 19yrs old.

So being Carter the surname of JJ..maybe the girl is a relative.

I know he has a nephew named Jackson because he did a shout out to him during an interview (I believe it was the Bonnie Hunt Show)
