If things are true, he's supposed to be filming Braddock this month. We shall see.

That whole situation seems weird. I wonder if it had anything to do with filming conflicts. I have my doubts that is the case, but all we can do is speculate.

The last we heard was that filming begins in January, but according to IMDB Pro, the project is still in "script" status, which sounds like it's still being written.

Who knows, it feels like it's going by the way of "UFO", "Burden of Desire" and "Fletch Won". All projects that Josh was attached to, that didn't happen. But hopefully not this time.

It may be a finance situation. Sometimes backers pull out and new finance is needed which can hold up a project.

I read a synopsis of the final Luther episode and it seems that he is running around doing his own thing instead of chasing the serial killer. Nothing new there then. Ruth made an appearance at the end of the first episode, so I hope she is an integral part of Luther for the next 3 episodes.

I'm probably never going to watch Luther, but I hope you enjoy it.

If Alison only had gun like Alice does in that pic, her final scene with Ben might have a different ending.

The funny thing is, I think since Ruth filmed her scenes for Luther right after she finished filming The Affair, she actually looks more like Alison than Alice! (especially her hair.)

Enjoy isn't really the right word. Luther is totally bonkers and so unlike any real police officers (I hope). Everyone is over the top and the whole thing is more like two series mashed together. Each of the stories would be a credible show on their own but mashed together is just unbelievable.

I love Luther. I'm also starting to get into Killing Eve.

Sounds a little too out there for me then.

A little off topic but if anyone likes real life police drama there is something called Manhunt on British TV at the moment. It is based on a real policeman's autobiography about catching a serial killer. Also Dominic West is fantastic in the excellent BBC depiction of Les Miserables. At last he gets to be the hero!

Dom played Laura Croft's father in the Tomb Raider movie and I didn't mind him in that.
