I think they will meet in November Sweeps where they will be drawn to each other. And hopefully he will meet Danny and they will have an instant bond. December Sweeps, he will start to remember things about her. Little things at first, like dreaming about her in her sexy outfit. Or picturing them dancing together on the roof in the rain. Maybe he says her name in his sleep, which doesn't make Liz happy.

I'm sure Sam won't recognize him because that would be too easy. But I want her to be the closest one to seeing something in him. Like she sees something in his eyes that is very familiar. And they both feel a spark when they shake hands.
